These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Interludes (the “Service”), operated by Longus Labs LLC (“Longus Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your email account and access to verification links or codes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or infringes on others’ rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Collect or harvest other users’ personal information without their consent.
- Violate any applicable law or the intellectual property rights of others.

You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant Longus Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the necessary rights to post it.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to other users, third parties, or Longus Labs. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longus Labs LLC and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Longus Labs LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
