- Email address. We collect your email address to create your account and to authenticate you, including sending verification links or one-time codes when you sign in.
- Content you create. We collect the comments, commentary, and other content you post on the Service.
- Profile information. We collect a profile image and any display name or profile details you choose to provide.
How We Use Your Information
- To create, secure, and authenticate your account.
- To operate the Service and display the content you and other users post.
- To communicate with you about your account and respond to support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
How Your Information Is Stored
Account data, comments, and profile information are stored in our database and file storage hosted on Supabase. We rely on Supabase’s infrastructure to store and secure this data.
Third-Party Services
We share limited information with the following service providers solely to operate the Service:
- Resend — used to deliver account and authentication emails, such as verification links or one-time sign-in codes. Your email address is shared with Resend to send these messages.
- Supabase — used for database hosting, file storage, and backend infrastructure that stores your account data, comments, and profile images.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at long@longuslabs.com and we will delete your data from our systems, subject to any limited retention required by law. You may also request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data from our production systems except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
